Home Made Sushi
Home made sushi is super easy to make. Most supermarkets now stock nori seaweed sheets. Stuff the seaweed with fresh vegetables (brown rice is optional) and serve with soya sauce, sliced ginger and a dash of wasabi. These are great for a packed lunch too.
